Can you deliver a Plant Gift to Palmerston?
Yes! We deliver to the Darwin Region (includes Darwin City and Northern Suburbs) and Outer Darwin (includes Palmerston, Howard Springs and Coolalinga). Pick up is available at no charge from Leanyer, Darwin Northern Territory.
Can you deliver a Plant Gift interstate?
No, unfortunately we do not post plants outside of the Northern Territory at this stage. We may consider this in the future, so please make contact to discuss your requirements or subscribe to The Plant Paper to stay up to date with our newest offerings.
Can you deliver a Pottering Pack interstate?
Yes! We can post your Pottering Packs outside of the Northern Territory.
Do you accept credit card?
We sure do! We offer various payment methods including:
Credit Card, PayID®, Bank Transfer, Cash (pickup only).

Do you accept old or broken pots for recycling?
We sure do! We are proud to be collecting ALL plastic garden waste of any colour marked with the PP5 logo as shown in the photo to the left. Check out our Recycling page for more information.
I have subscribed. Why haven't I received any newsletters?
We send newsletters monthly or on occasion every two months. You may have subscribed just after an Issue has been sent out.
Current and Previous Issues are available on our website for subscribers.
I have subscribed. Why can't I access subscriber only content on the website?
We add your email address to our Google Group (Planty People) when you subscribe. Initial log in is required using your email, then you have automatic access to subscriber only content and downloads on our website.
I have accessed subscriber only content on the website before but can't seem to find the page again?
Be sure to save the Planty People landing page to your bookmarks for future reference. All other pages and subscriber only content is accessible from the landing page.
