The science of plants, known as botany, is fascinating and once you know the basics you will be better equipped to keep your houseplants happy and thriving. We are working on streamlining the facts and have a number of science based pages under construction. These are based on our learnings in the garden and further study in the field of horticulture.
If you have any specific scientific questions, please let us know so we can prioritise our releases for you. Email and questions or suggestions to website@potteringwithpurpose.com.au.
Leaves, stems and roots are just the start. What are the main parts of a plant and why do plants need them?
Left over content from the creation of other pages that is just so useful we couldn't let it slide!
